Refund policy

NRConsulting.ai sells exclusively digital products. All sales are final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at neeka@nrconsultingai.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.
